Patents and Trademarks
PsiNaptic protects its intellectual property using a combination of patent protection, trademarks, licenses, non-disclosure agreements and contractual provisions.
The Corporation has filed a provisional patent application in the United States, pertaining to an implementation of Jini network technology that allows it to be used on resource-constrained devices. PsiNaptic has also filed a corresponding International Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). There can be no assurances that any of these patent applications will be granted or, if granted, that they will be valid.
All PsiNaptic trademarks have been registered.
